Whether you want to boost your energy, manage stress, or age with vitality, I’m here to guide you—step by step. When I’m not coaching, I love hiking forest trails, experimenting with healthy recipes, and sharing life with my family.

I was inspired to work with my coach, Sonia, because my vision loss gave me self pity, and coaching has helped me open my mind and encouraged me to make phone calls and given me resources. After talking to coach Sonia, I felt I had to take accountability. I've now come to terms with my situation and my eye condition (RP) and look forward to speaking to my coach every week. I was upset and my coach was there for me which I appreciated. It gave me a safe place to be myself - cry if I had to cry, laugh when I had to laugh.
One of my favourite aspects of coaching was being given a safe place to be open, to feel I could be open and honest, that my coach was there for me, whatever I wanted to talk about. Some sessions were about how I could deal with things, some weeks for different recipes. My coaching sessions gave me a safe space to open up. I felt a connection and openness as I felt so engaged and getting things accomplished with goals. My overall mental health has improved.
Since having coaching, I have a better outlook on things and how to educate myself and resolve some things and make me more accountable. I've come a long way now.
